Day 1: Understanding and Preventing Psychosocial Risks at work
1. The Fundamentals of Psychosocial Risks (1.5 hours)
• Definition: What are PSRs?
• Different forms of PSRs: stress, burnout, harassment, conflicts, etc.
• Stakes for the company: employee health, performance, legal liability.
2. Identifying Causes and Recognizing Warning Signs (2 hours)
• Organizational, relational, and individual factors.
• Visible symptoms and subtle signs at the team and individual levels.
• Case studies: analysis of concrete examples.
3. Assessing Psychosocial Risks (1.5 hours)
• Presentation of assessment tools: questionnaires, audits, interviews.
• Developing a PSR assessment adapted to your context.
• Case study: reading and analyzing existing assessments.
4. Developing a Prevention Plan (2 hours)
• Steps to develop a realistic and effective action plan.
• Prioritizing actions: involving the various stakeholders within the company.
• Group workshop: collaboratively developing a prevention plan.
Day 2: Managing Risky Situations and Building a Peaceful Workplace
1. Responding to a Sensitive Situation (2 hours)
• Listening and support techniques for employees experiencing difficulties.
• Conflict management and de-escalation of tensions.
• Role-playing: simulating a crisis intervention.
2. Raising Awareness and Engaging Teams (2 hours)
• Effective awareness-raising activities: workshops, training sessions, internal communications.
• Engaging managers and employees around prevention.
• Feedback: best practices identified in other companies.
3. Enhancing Well-being at Work (1.5 hours)
• Keys to establishing a supportive and motivating work environment.
• Valuing employees: recognition, dialogue, and work-life balance.
• Workshop: drafting a well-being charter tailored to the company.
4. Evaluate actions and adjust approaches (1.5 hours)
• Monitoring of prevention measures: which indicators to use?
• Analysis of results for continuous improvement.
• Review of the training and commitment of participants to concrete actions.
