Coaching

At EUROBOGEN, our consultants are certified coaches. Women and men from the fields of consulting, teaching, therapy, and training, they coach in industrial, commercial, diplomatic, associative, and sports environments, as well as in public administration.

Coaching is a fully customized support method aimed at improving the skills and performance of an individual, a team, or an organization. The coach adapts to the needs of the coachee. The request may be for cognitive development through the enhancement of knowledge or the optimization of processes in the context of the establishment and its work. In this case, the coach helps to apply organizational and control methods for improved management on the part of the coachee.

In addition to this professional support, coaching is even more often a support for the socio-emotional development of individuals. A manager or director may have a high level of financial management skills but feel less able to lead teams through change or act as a calm leader in conflict situations. However, their career requires them to demonstrate these social and behavioral skills, based on self-confidence and open communication. In this case, coaching focuses on controlling thoughts and emotions, which is reflected in a professional demeanor that is both controlled and relaxed.

The GROWTH method is particularly suitable for medium-term coaching:

PROCESS

Duration and sequence: a coaching phase often lasts 6 to 8 months, with one session per month, renewable. A session can last 1 hour or 1.5 hours, depending on what is appropriate for the person being coached.

Locations: if possible, the first and last sessions of a phase are face-to-face, outside the workplace (for example, at EUROBOGEN’s premises). The first face-to-face session can last two hours, or even half a day, to properly map out the roadmap.

Adaptability and alternatives: at EUROBOGEN, other coaches can step in if a change of coach is desirable.
