Enterprises

For corporate clients of all sizes, EUROBOGEN delivers services in five main areas:

1. Training courses and public events

According to Datadock and the “QUALIOPI” reform standards, intra- and inter-company training courses are recognized and certified as being fully compliant with the required laws and quality standards. These training courses are mainly offered through relationships with companies’ Human Resources (HR) departments. They can also be selected by any individual wishing to acquire knowledge and experience that they consider relevant to their career path or personal development. Our website allows for partner relationships (managed via an interface with HR departments) and individual registration (CPF account or for private interest).

Public events, both within and outside companies, include conferences, Learning over Lunch sessions, Hackathons, World Cafés, and Master Classes.

2. Evaluations

During a project, program, or change implemented by a company, management may wish to seek an outside, third-party perspective to assess the progress and impact of operations. This can be done along the way (ongoing monitoring) or at the end (final and impact assessment).

The evaluation can be participatory with open input from stakeholders, or it can be more discreet and limited to observation and reading documents. Based on qualitative and quantitative methods, evaluation supports a process and aims to demonstrate whether the goals set at the outset have actually been achieved. A report containing facts, analyses, interpretations, and recommendations enables those concerned to make decisions about whether to continue, adjust, or discontinue their efforts.

3. Accompaniment/coaching

EUROBOGEN consultants are experienced international project managers. They support your local and international teams to ensure a good balance between tasks and interpersonal relationships, performance and skills development, quality and economic profitability.

Support can begin at any stage: feasibility study, kick-off event, cross-border transfer, mid-term evaluation, intervention in the event of problems or conflicts, “lessons learned” session.

At an individual level, the support is similar to coaching.

4. ISO 26000

EUROBOGEN conducts public seminars on Corporate Social Responsibility. The tools used are those of the UN Global Compact, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 (SDGs initially launched by the UN General Assembly in 2015), GRI criteria, and other tools that quantify and qualify an organization’s environmental, social, and economic improvement. An assessment project in accordance with ISO 26000 can be implemented in any company.

5. Partnerships

EUROBOGEN acts as an interface between various institutions, companies, local authorities, foundations, civil society associations, and educational establishments. With its ability to bring people together, our consultancy brings together innovative ideas from different parties to jointly propose solutions to today’s complex problems.

In addition to reflection and analysis, concrete projects may emerge from these meetings and be taken forward by some of the participants. Often, a common thread runs through these meetings and their outcomes: the theme of peace and the intention to achieve it. EUROBOGEN is particularly committed to Sustainable Development Goal No. 16, which is “Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.”
