Doris MORAWE (left) and Christina SCHMITZ (right), both lawyers, are the Master Trainer duo for MEDIATION, a certified professional training course in Freiburg, Germany, provided by the VWA (Center for Continuing Education). This excellent training program provides a solid foundation in mediation, structured around a five-phase process. It draws on a wide range of tools, aims to empower participants, and demonstrates an approach based on understanding and support that differs from coaching and other approaches. Practical work on real cases and supervision sessions complete the training.
Isabelle DUQUESNE, Conflict Resolution Trainer, will obtain certification in January 2023. EUROBOGEN’s areas of mediation are as follows: corporate mediation, social mediation, neighborhood mediation, and family mediation. Isabelle works with works councils and lawyers, as well as with international institutional partners.
