LWS (Leadership WorkStyles) is a diagnostic tool developed by Human Synergistics to assess leadership and management styles and provide feedback from multiple sources such as colleagues, subordinates, and line managers.
This diagnostic tool combines two parts: the Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and 360° feedback:
♦️ The LSI is a questionnaire that measures a person’s thinking, behavior, and interaction styles in a professional context.
♦️ 360° feedback, on the other hand, gathers comments from people with different perspectives on the individual’s performance in specific skills.
