Resilience is the ability of a person or community to withstand life’s shocks and bounce back despite destabilizing events. To develop this skill, EUROBOGEN training courses follow a competency-based approach based on psychological and pragmatic models.

The training teaches you how to mobilize your resources in the face of the unexpected, achieve ambitious goals, and manage delicate situations effectively.
