You are a Business Consultant with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, and a diploma from a Business School or equivalent (e-MBA). You may have worked for a consulting firm (business, legal, ESG or HR) for some time, run your own company, or been an executive for a minimum of 5 years. You are familiar with France, Germany, Europe, and other regions of the world.
You have conducted numerous case studies and solved many problems for clients in diverse industries of varied sizes (e.g. start-ups, small and mid-range, large corporations, international consortia). You have applied case frameworks a hundred times and can demonstrate your successful work with examples of business redress, expansion and diversification, M&As, structural and organisational change. From C-suite strategic decision making to staff training programmes, you deploy new corporate processes. You are fully at ease with finance (CO and FI), IT and AI, operations and all business functions (sales, HR, etc.). You have mitigated conflicts and dilemmas inside and between organisations many times.

You are a Business Developer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, and a Master diploma in Business Studies, Entrepreneurship or equivalent from a university or a Business School. You have experience selling consulting and training services. You are familiar with France, Germany, Europe, and other regions of the world. You present and communicate on a multiplicity of channels, in English and other languages.
With your natural talent in strategic development, you also lead sales activities and share generously evidence-based information about markets within the team. You love putting development frameworks to test, engaging in both well-trodden and new business avenues. You are excellent at pitching to mid-size firms and large international corporations. You give a compelling taste of EUROBOGEN’s propositions that will help clients solve their problems.
