Supporting organizations towards the collectives of sustainable work

At the end of April 2026, EUROBOGEN was pleased to lead a two-day seminar for the Alsace Chamber of Trades, dedicated to the prevention of psychosocial risks (PSR) and the development of quality of work life.

👉 Organizations today have every reason to invest in structured approaches to PSR prevention.

Deployed in France since the 2000s, these approaches allow for an objective diagnosis and foster meaningful dialogue between employers and employees, an essential condition for developing effective action plans.

But beyond tools and methodologies, a major challenge remains:
➡️ to sustainably transform daily practices and behaviors,
➡️ to engage all hierarchical levels,
➡️ to overcome the tensions inherent in teamwork.

💡 This is where the complementarity between PSR and QWL becomes truly meaningful.

While psychosocial risks (PSR) help identify and reduce risk factors (the “glass half empty”), quality of work life (QWL) encourages the development of positive levers:

✔️ quality of working relationships
✔️ cooperation and collective intelligence
✔️ engagement and meaning in work
✔️ adaptability in an uncertain environment

✅ Because a high-performing team is first and foremost one that functions well on a human level, these approaches directly contribute to skills development, creativity, and the quality of service provided.

👏 The Alsace Chamber of Trades (CMA) fully exemplifies this commitment by participating in a structured approach to PSR prevention and organizational development in support of QWL.

🙏 We warmly thank the CMA for its trust and the quality of the discussions during this seminar.
