Doris MORAWE (left) and Christina SCHMITZ (right), both lawyers, are the duo of Master-Trainer in MEDIATION, a certifying professional training, in Freiburg, Germany, provided by the VWA (Center for Continuing Education). This excellent training gives solid structure along a five-step process. It uses many micro-tools, aims at the full empowerment of the parties, and demonstrates understanding and support that differentiates it from coaching or other approaches. Practical work on real cases and supervision sessions complete the training.
Isabelle DUQUESNE, Conflict Resolution trainer, obtains certification in January 2023. EUROBOGEN’s mediation areas are: in-company mediation, social mediation, neighbourhood mediation and family mediation. Isabelle works with works councils and lawyers as well as with international, institutional partners.
