PROMOTING THE ADVENT OF PEACEFUL AND OPEN SOCIETIES FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

In cooperation with international organizations, governments and businesses, EUROBOGEN develops and operationalizes change programs to contribute to peace. We are committed to SDG N° 16 – Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.

EUROBOGEN supports socio-economic agents of global and local sizes to align their consortium efforts towards equitable development. Private companies, state actors and non-profit organizations join in projects that apply practical solutions for societal benefit. We provide a service of facilitation, mediation, assessment and capitalization of skills to respond to problems and conflicts and support regions towards positive advancement.

This work is carried out internationally, particularly in vulnerable regions and during post-conflict phases.
Activities cover psycho-social support to communities, the acquisition of basic skills to re (develop) a local economy, the establishment of cooperatives and social enterprises, and dialogues between groups emerging from mutual suffering. inflicted. We are conducting training courses for trainers and tutors who will disseminate education in schools and universities on the conditions necessary to anchor peace.

PeacEd

The PeacEd component refers to “Peace Education”, Education for peace. It is a meeting area between educators specializing in peace and the updating of materials instructing peace work   in many fields and especially in education (primary, secondary, tertiary and in the apprenticeship of trades).

If a company or institution wishes to strengthen its Social Responsibility (CSR) in activities directly related to peace, EUROBOGEN proposes projects, dashboards, indicators and evaluation methods to ensure that the impacts of these activities really contribute to a growing peace in the chosen field.

Universities

All seminars given by EUROBOGEN in tertiary education establishments and business schools share a common element: the need to apply visions, concepts and practical realities of peace in industrial, commercial, educational and administrative strategies – locally and globally. We believe it is our duty to engage in discussions with students about their future personal and professional responsibility in anchoring ethical and equitable approaches that make peace last.

Training

Seminars and workshops equip professionals from all sectors with practical tools and skills in peace. Built in flexible modules, all courses lead to a Peace Maker, PeaceAbility (EUROBOGEN) certification. Modules cover, among others: historical and systemic analysis of a complex situation, psychology of extremes, conflict life cycle, resilience, communication, advocacy, facilitation of peace conferences, mediation and evaluation of interventions.

Coaching & Evaluation

In cooperation with the governments of emerging and developing countries, and particularly in regions that have suffered and still suffer from conflicts, EUROBOGEN consultants support actors in the areas of personnel development, education, good health. governance, social equity and local economic development. Two publications are the result of a decade of study and work on these issues in Nepal: Nepal, Zone of Peace (2011) and Schools as Zones of Peace (2016).
