Leadership is about stepping into a situation that requires change, demonstrating personal responsibility and public accountability for the purpose,the operations and the outcome of the project. Whereas management requires techniques that involve doing, leadership asks for qualities found in being.
Leadership combines qualities of endurance, discipline and command of situations, as well as communication of a vision that inspires others to join in the effort - however difficult sometimes the circumstances may be.
With a multi-faceted approach, we examine and develop the match
