Intercultural Competence for the Global Citizen
This program defines corporate, organizational and national cultures. We study values, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors with comparative examples. Conceptual and practical tools help participants increase their professional efficacy in diverse environments. An overview of the main cultural streams in the world today and the attributes of the individual global citizen are presented, together with a range of global behavioral and thinking skills.
